Abstract

The study analysed small-scale maize farmer’s participation in Zamfara comprehensive agricultural revolution programme (ZACAREP) in Zamfara State Nigeria. Multi-stage random sampling procedure was used to select 160 respondents for the study and data were collected using structured questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, Likert scale and Poisson regression model were used to analyse the data. The study revealed that, majority (75%) of the respondents were males and more than two third (61.9%) were not formally educated.
